We search far and wide using various recruiting vehicles to locate the most talented candidates

Pre-Screening

Once we identify a candidate, we conduct a phone screen and resume review:
1. Initial conversation to discuss needs and wants
2. Set up a Face to Face meeting

Screening

We meet all local candidates face to face and dive into the following areas:

Job Presentation

Interview Set Up

1. We coordinate with both client and candidate to set up a time for either a F2F interview or phone screen

Interview Follow Up

1. Immediate feedback after the interview has taken place
2. Follow up with client to share info and also get client feedback

Offer or Decline

1. We talk with the candidate and let them know if they have or have not been chosen
2. We are happy to present the offer, facilitate the acceptance, and initiate the onboarding process
